• Teachers, Students, and Parents must have authorized access.
• Students under the age of 13 require parental consent.

Quizzes & Retakes

• Teachers define quiz content, passing scores, and any associated rewards or prizes.
• Students may retake a quiz only if their score is below the defined passing score.

Uploading Material

• Teachers must upload only original or properly authorized educational materials.
• Uploading inappropriate, illegal, or copyrighted content without permission is strictly prohibited.

AI Integration

The AI feature provides answers to student questions based solely on teacher-provided materials. AI-generated responses are intended for educational purposes only and should not be considered professional or legal advice.

Termination of Access

Accounts may be suspended or permanently removed if users violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in misuse of the platform.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Clever Student application after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
